What is the 'Art Trail'?
Building on the success of 2021 event, 2022 showed 25 artists work in 25 Bird Boxes around the Birdwood residential area to form an art trail of local and national artists work.
What is the Bird Box Gallery?
They are a local community venture that shows the work of all types of artist and creative people of any age or background.
There are no themes, preferences or type of work favoured, they just want to show as wide a range of work as possible.
The Gallery is situated in a hedge on St Thomas's Square and can be seen by anyone passing by.
In July 2021 local residents hosted 20 works by local and national artists in their front gardens and spaces to form a cultural destination and healthy outdoor experience.

The Bird Box Gallery is run by Roger and Sarah Healy-Dilkes and is a local initiative open to all residents in the Birdwood Area of Cambridge and beyond to exhibit all types of creative work. Located in the front garden of 7 St Thomas’s Square and can be seen by anyone passing by.
